An Overview of Beth De Lima’s Life Journey


Beth De Lima from San Jose is a Human Resource Expert who founded a consulting firm named HRM Consulting, Inc in the year 1992. She has single-handedly taken the step of starting a consulting firm through which she assists all the corporate, non-profit and governmental clients. Through her firm, she helped the clients with HR policy developments and implementations. She serves the clients at all levels which include the state of California and the Federal government. She also helps both the private and non-profit organizations.

From the very beginning, Beth knew what she wanted to achieve in life and prepared for it accordingly. She has completed her Bachelor degree in Family and Consumer Resources in 1988 from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. She also got enrolled in the Masters Work in Organizational Communication in the year 1989. She completed her MBA in Computer Technology Integration Emphasis and Organization Behavior & Human Resource I the year 1992.

Ms. De Lima then joined Columbia College in Sonora, California and worked there as a Business Essentials instructor from 01st January 2001 to 30th June 2001. Later on, she joined the Modesto Junior College from April 2005 to November 2005. His teaching experiences also included Sacramento State University and the University of Arizona as a teaching assistant.

As an expert in human resource and vocational rehabilitation, Beth De Lima is very active in the following some of the civic and educational groups:

As a woman, Beth has done some remarkable work in the field of human resource management. She helped both the employers and employees in solving the issues related to the workplace. Her knowledge and experience as a business analyst helped her implement performance management systems, verify job description, and develop procedural guidelines.
