Beth De Lima is an
inspiration for every woman who wants to excel in their respective careers. In
fact, she is the role model of many individuals either working or willing to
work in the field of Human Resource Management. She has been appointed as the
member of the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel.
Ms. De Lima is recognized mediator, certified by UC Berkeley Extension program
and has been appointed to the Amador County Superior Court Mediation Panel.
In 1993,
she founded a human resource consulting firm named HRM Consulting, Inc. that
specializes in the development programs related to federal employment
legislation. Additionally, her firm helps to protect businesses from the risks
associated with common mistakes in HR administration. According to her, HRM is a
perfect solution for companies who either don’t have a dedicated HR department
or need additional employment expertise.
