Beth De Lima


Beth Brascugli De Lima, M.B.A., SPHR-CA, is principal and founder of HRM Consulting, Inc., a California-based human resource consulting firm, since 1993, providing expert testimony, training, and consulting services.  Ms. De Lima is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, with a California specific certification (SPHR-CA) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has been appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel.  She is a certified mediator, U.C. Berkeley, Extension Program and has been appointed to the Amador County Superior Court Mediation Panel.

 Ms. De Lima has extensive experience with federal and state employment legislation including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA); Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA); California Family Rights Act (CFRA); Worker’s Compensation; and Sexual Harassment.  Ms. De Lima is an expert in the HR aspects of employment regulatory compliance and vocational rehabilitation, and has assisted corporate, not-for-profit, school District’s and governmental and pseudo governmental clients with HR policy development and implementation for over 15 years on a national, statewide, and local level.  She provides expert testimony on a statewide and federal level regarding ADA accommodation, FMLA, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation and employment law compliance.
