Beth De Lima – Leading the HR Programs with Enormous Knowledge

For taking the reviews of employee’s health, safety, and security, Beth De Lima has been appointed as a member of the Social Expertise panel in Human Resources. In 1993, she founded a human resource consulting firm, named HRM Consulting, Inc, and carries a wide experience in development programs which are related to federal employment legislation.

Beth is a Human Resource management professional, who also works as a legal representative. According to her, the best part of her profession is that she can work for the employer as well as the employee. Beth De Lima hailing from San Jose has offered many public presentations and conducted training for management of the employees’ programs.

In 1988, Beth De Lima completed her bachelor in science from the University of Arizona, Tucson. She is an MBA in Organization Behavior & Human Resource from California State University, Sacramento and also holds the Computer Technology Integration Emphasis degree.

As the president and principal of HRM Consulting, Inc. Ms. De Lima is a certified senior professional in human resource management. She is a proficient worker and because of her hard work and dedication, she has been appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel.

Beth De Lima is a certified mediator and has been appointed to the Amador County Superior Court Mediation Panel.  She is an HR expert and has characteristics of employment regulation compliance, vocational rehabilitation, and litigation.

With her far-reaching experience in the implementation and development of various HR programs and policies related to federal and state employment, she has managed to take the HRM Consulting Inc. to greater heights.

She has a unique advantage as she is experienced in vocational rehabilitation as well as human resource management.
