Beth De Lima – The Successful HR Consultant

In the year 1988, from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ, Beth De Lima completed her Bachelor of Science, and from the same university, she completed her Masters in Organizational Communication. She is also an MBA in Organization Behavior and Human Resource from California State University. In addition to this, she has attained a degree in Computer Technology Integration Emphasis.

Currently, Beth De Lima is the president of HRM Consulting, Inc. This firm helps companies to deal with ins and outs of human resource management. She is a senior professional in HR and also certified by the Society of Human Resource Management, California (SHRM-CA). She has been appointed to be a part of the special expert panel for Employ Health, Safety, and Security.

With the experience of more than 20 years in developing and implementing HR programs in both vocational rehabilitation and human resource, Beth De Lima conducts HR and vocational assessment for job re-training, personal injury or divorce, labor market assessment, and employment legislation. 

Ms. Beth focuses on potential responsibility by offering expert testimony, professional advice, policy and procedure development & implementation, EEOC, EDD and Labor Board appearances. She also offers interactive training to businesses for profit, not- profit organizations, attorneys, government agencies, and individuals in quest of employment or career guidance.

Being a keynote speaker, Ms. De Lima offers training in Murphy, California on topics like employment management through webinars. She also delivers live lectures and conducts digital training to the organizations. She is also active in various civic and educational groups like the American Association of University Women, Alpha Sigma National Honor Society, Rotary International, etc.
