Beth De Lima’s Amazing HR Journey


Beth De Lima, a strong and powerful lady from California is an expert in the HR areas relating to the physical accommodation in the workplace and the medical leave management. In 1992, she has assisted corporate, non-profit, and government clients with HR policy development. She serves her clients at many levels that include the Federal government, the state of California, private as well as non-profit organizations. Ms. Beth helps to manage the HR challenges for both big and small organizations like managing their employees.

In 1993, Ms. De Lima founded her HRM Consulting, Inc. She is also an expert in the HR aspects of litigation, vocational rehabilitation, and employment regulation compliance. She has worked directly with her clients to establish and maintain compliance with state employment legislation and federal including the FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) and ADA (Americans with Disabilities).  She is also working on alternative work assessments, Return to Work (RTW) and development of essential functions of job analysis. This expertise allows Ms. Beth to help organizations reduce potential liability because of employment litigation.

Ms. Beth De Lima is an extremely talented, excellently skilled, and experienced in a wide range of human resource policies, such as Employment Life Cycle Management, including termination and hiring procedure. Apart from this, she also handles organizational development, essential function job description, performance management systems, sexual harassment training, management training, and employee policy handbook development.

From 1993 to 2001, Ms. Beth served as a Federal Government Certified Ticket- to-Work provider. She is an experienced QRR, which stands for Qualified Rehabilitation Representative. She applies her expertise in vocational rehabilitation services which include testing, job analysis, vocational assessments, evaluation, and return to work plan development.

Beth De Lima has immense experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that are basically related to state and federal legislation.
